As we are entering into our winter season here in Duluth, it is a good time to review our winter weather procedures.

* Any school closure decisions will be made prior to 6 a.m.
* Monitor local news outlets and our DECS official Facebook pages for any school closing announcements.
* In the event of a closure, a ParentSquare message will be sent, our website will be updated, and outgoing messages on our office phones will be changed.
* Ensure your contact information is up-to-date to make sure you receive timely updates.
* If you don’t hear from us, school is in session as normal.
